Shekoni Mukadas Oludare

Mr. Shekoni Mukadas Oludare is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos, where he obtained a BSc degree in Business Administration, and a Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations. His exposure to Produce trading/business began in August, 1997 with his employment in TundeKola Limited as Operations Officer. He made his mark as a dedicated and resourceful staff, and contributed immensely to the growth of the organization.

In his quest for self-development, and urge to swim in big waters, Mr. Shekoni joined R. A.
Adeniji Enterprises in December, 1999. By the year 2002 when R. A. Adeniji Enterprises
metamorphosed into Starlink Global and Ideal Limited (SGI Ltd), he naturally assumed the role of the pioneer Operations Officer. Mr. Shekoni’s career in SGI Ltd, spanning a period of almost two decades, was a remarkable one. He was promoted to the position of Operations Manager in 2005, and grew through the ranks to become Head of Operations in 2015. As a pioneer, dedicated and resourced staff at SGI Ltd, he mentored numerous erstwhile subordinates, who are successfully playing key roles in the organization today. He also initiated and established a Forwarding department/unit which has grown to become one of the company’s sources of Revenue today. As Head of Operations, he maintained cordial relationships between SGI Ltd and other government/private agencies such as National Export Promotion Council (NEPC), COBALT, Federal Produce, Shipping lines, Freight forwarders, Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and numerous Commercial banks, to mention but a few. The story of SGI Ltd.’s speedy growth to prominent and enviable position cannot be complete without a mention of Mr. Shekoni’s contributions.

Mr. Shekoni is also widely travelled. He represented SGI Ltd at different fora within and outside the shores of Nigeria. Worthy of mention but a few such as: Cocoa Conference in Dominican Republic in 2016, Cashew conference in Macau, China in 2018, as well as Nigerian Export Promotion Council and Federal ministry of Trade and Investment Conferences and seminars.
As at August 2018, when Mr. Shekoni gloriously disengaged from SGI Ltd., he bestrode the
Produce business terrain like a collosus. He was also the longest serving staff, for which he won plaques and awards while in service.

He left Starlink Global and Ideal Ltd. in 2018 to birth SAMZAHMAN NIG. LIMITED, a firm
major in haulage services, freight forwarding-logistics and trading of cocoa beans, cashew nuts, etc. To mention a few Samzahman has business relationship with the likes of Springfield, Olam, TRC Nig., Azeezco, Touton, Armajaro/Yara etc. In line with his characteristic drive to swim in bigger waters, Mr Shekoni is one of the partners who formed Farmgates Global Concept Ltd in their quests to be one of the successful cocoa exporting firm in Nigeria.
